This was a nice, clean, well taken care of park with clean individual restrooms & showers. We stayed here as a central point to visit Kemah Boardwalk and Moody Gardens and it fulfilled it's purpose. This park is in no way "camping" in my opinion but was great for what I needed. A nice clean park with good level sites to park my 5th wheel while we did the "sightseeing" thing.

Other than the fact that it rained every day we were there with flash flood warnings this is a great park. All facilities are as listed on website. Only had one problem with the free Wi-Fi, and not sure if it was my computer or the signal itself. My wife really loved Kerrville and Fredricksburg and I liked the centralized location for my planned activities (motorcycle riding). Too bad the rain kept me from my plans. Really enjoyed the Memorial Day party, (Sunday night), they provided a band and a free bar-b-q, even though we had to stay under an umbrella. Overall, very impressed and will go back in a "New York minute".

Only stayed one night on way home from North Carolina but it was a nice park. Good level concrete pads, nice little patio, sight size adequate. Overall good RV park. Would stay again.

Only negative was I reserved a 50 amp spot and did get one only the 50 amp connection was dead. I hooked up to the 30 amp connection and it worked. They didn't seem interested in fixing the problem and they already knew about it. It was a nice park though and we thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there.

Management very nice and helpful. This was our first night in our new camper and just stayed on night on our way to Nashville. Will go back next summer and stay a few nights longers.
